2006  Acquisition of Sanguin International Ltd. in the UK
         and its subsidiary Sanguin International Inc. in the USA

2008  STRATEC Biomedical Systems S.R.L. is founded in Romania

2009  Acquisition of Invitek Gesellschaft für Biotechnik & Biodesign mbH in Berlin, Germany

2010  Acquisition of Ballista Inc., Newbury Park, CA, USA
