SR 300 / SL 300

Fully automatic, open analyzer system on a radioactive basis for radioimmunoassays (SR300) and on a luminescence basis for luminescence immunoassays (SL300) with a standard tube size of 12x75mm for coated tubes, coated beads and magnetic particles. The analyzer system comprises a pipetting system, incubator, washer and measuring system. The instrument’s batch-oriented processing mode allows it to handle a maximum batch size of 280 tubes at a typical throughput of 180 tubes per hour. Depending on the type of test run, first results are available as early as five minutes after the completion of the incubation cycle. The measuring system consists of five independent detectors measuring in parallel and includes an integrated PC running a DOS-based user interface for overall system control and calculation of the sample concentrations. Spline (4PL) and logit log algorithms are available for data reduction.
