Annual Document

Publicly listed companies are required under Section 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG) to publish a document at least once a year which sets out or refers to all of the information published by the company or made available to the public in the past twelve months as a result of specific requirements of corporate and capital market law (“Annual Document”). This “Annual Document” also has to be submitted to the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
