Actively providing a regular stream of up-to-date information – that is STRATEC’s understanding of investor relations. It includes providing information about events which may affect the business performance of our company, and thus also our share price, as well as announcements, data, facts and figures facilitating an objective and precise assessment of the company’s business situation and thus forming the basis for an appropriate evaluation of STRATEC’s share.

This led to STRATEC being admitted into the TecDAX, the German Stock Exchange’s select index for midcap technology companies, in November 2010. As a select index, the TecDAX includes companies right up to the lower threshold of the DAX index and comprises 30 stocks admitted for trading in the “Prime Standard” section of the Regulated Market.

Index-listed companies automatically receive greater attention from capital market players. Here, STRATEC’s investor relations activities have also been examined closely for the first time. In the annual ranking compiled by the Society of Investment Professionals in Germany (DVFA) and the business journal “Capital”, STRATEC was ranked 5th among the TecDAX companies (Capital IR Award 2011).

Given the need to inform shareholders and investors promptly and simultaneously, we publish our financial news releases, financial reports and statutory releases exclusively via the financial news provider DGAP – Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ad-hoc-Publizität mbH, which then ensures that these reports and releases are circulated in line with legal requirements.

Moreover, we also publish our financial news and reports on our internet site as soon as they are released. Our IR Newsletter then informs readers, among other issues, of the availability of this new information.
